Returns Policy

We’re certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange on items purchased online. Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 14days of purchase. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Carats but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
